Our Photo Booth was fantastic for our wedding! Our guests absolutely loved it and they are some of our favourite memories now. Our attendant was great and kelvin was so helpful throughout the process! Kelvin was so quick to respond to emails and I received the full digital gallery the day after the wedding!

Such a great experience!!! I’ve worked with Kelvin and the A1 team several times, and they always exceed expectations. They were part of my bridal shower, and the photo booth was a huge hit with our guests! I still can't get over my wedding day, and one of the biggest reasons is A1 Photo Booth & Production. I truly cannot imagine my perfect day without them. From the moment I walked into the reception hall, I burst into tears because my vision had come to life. Unfortunately, we experienced what was truly a rare and uncommon technical issue at our wedding. For reasons I understand are outside of A1’s control, the photo booth’s camera and printer suddenly wouldn’t communicate properly. Instead of packing up and leaving, Kelvin immediately brought an entirely second setup to the venue. Incredibly, the same issue happened again, making it clear this not a reflection of their equipment or professionalism, but probable a network issue with internet/service provider towers. Even with the issue, Kelvin stayed on the phone with his team on site and made the best of the situation, and our guests still enjoyed the full two hours of the photo booth, albeit later that night. What impressed me most was that the following morning, Kelvin called to apologize sincerely, gave us a full refund without hesitation, and still printed the photos that had been captured. He even hand-delivered them to our home. Anyone can provide great service when everything goes perfectly. What sets A1 Photo Booth apart is how they handled the unexpected—with honesty, accountability, and genuine care. This situation was completely outside their control, and the way they responded only made me respect and trust them even more. If you’re thinking of booking A1 Photo Booth, do it with confidence. Their customer service is second to none.

We booked A1 Photobooth for our wedding June 26 2026 and it was absolutely amazing! The whole process was so smooth from booking the booth for our wedding and having them there all night. We had the 4x6 print with the colour and black and white option and all the photos looked so amazing! If you are looking for a photobooth at your wedding- A1 photobooth is the place to book. The photos and customer service were great! Can’t recommend enough!
